Shipping policy

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Your stickers are sent in a DL envelope via untracked- letter post,  unless you pay for another postage method. 
  • Please ensure, at time of purchase, your supplied address is a regular Australia post mail box address for letters. Australia Post DO NOT DELIVER LETTERS TO PARCEL LOCKERS OR PARCEL PICK UP POINTS.  
  • We highly recommend you PAY FOR TRACKED OR EXPRESS POSTAGE IN THE CHECKOUT. We cover the cost  for the ''free'' regular letter delivery option in the checkout. The onus is on you to protect yourself further in the case Australia Post loses your stickers. We accept NO responsibility for Australia post's actions.
  • Note: we take digital photograph's of your completed order, alongside your printed and postage stamped envelope with your address, on the day we send your order out with Australia Post.
  • Goods will be dispatched within one business day of receipt of your emailed sample artwork approval
  • We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Australia Post. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, it is best you pay for Express Post and check www.auspost.com.au for their current estimated delivery times.
